  This is a little folder we made a Founders Circle.  I could not publish it until the new Catalog & Idea Book came out.  The folder is filled with 3 cards (Love Notes) with envelopes.   We are just having a beautiful snowy day today.  It is unusual for this part of North Carolina.  A cardinal was sitting in my holly tree but I could not get the camera fast enough before he flew away.  Boo Hoo. 

Today I am working on Valentines.  My class is Saturday, January 24 and  Friday night, January 30.  See my calendar for details.  I would love for you to come.  Later, I'm going to cozy up by the fire and read my book. 

 

Here is a little gift idea.  I made these for my friends at Leadership.  I got the containers on line and filled it with Peppermint Patties decorated with the scallop punch cutouts.  I used our craft inks to color the flower and a chipboard heart to top it off.  I used initials on the Leadership gifts.

Two more valentines that I made in my stamp clubs.  I used a chipboard flower on the pink card and colored it with Pretty in Pink Craft Ink.  The stamp set used on both cards is Love You Much.  The designer paper is from Bella Rose.  I hope you enjoy making them.  Have a great day.

  I have been making Valentines.  This one we made on Stamp Day as a make and take.  It is made with Urban Garden Designer paper from Stampin' Up!  I used Perfect Plum and Baja Blue cardstock to make the card.  The envelope and hearts are cut out using the Big Shot.  The ribbon is white taffeta.  I hope you like the card.  More to come......

  My grandson Todd loves this picture.  We went to Universal Studios for our Managers meeting.  They closed the Adventures part of the park for Stampin' Up!.  We met Spiderman, Green Goblin and some others I didn't know what character they were playing.  We even danced with Green Goblin.  We had a blast.  I rode the Spiderman Virtual Roller Coaster 3 times.  I felt like a kid again.  I got wet, bounced around and screamed alot.  What fun.  I had not planned to ride the rides as I am scared of roller coasters, but this was a virtual roller coaster so I did it.  I am so happy I tried it.  I did not get on the Incredible Hulk Roller coaster because that is a real roller coaster. 

It was cold weather but the food was great and the entertainment was fun.  I would recommend Universal Studios to everyone.  Todd wants to go now.  Maybe when he gets a little bigger.

    Mel is dancing with Green Goblin.  We had  really fun night thanks to Stampin' Up!

Here are our Leadership make & takes.  This is the cutest bird set called Good Friend.  There is coordinating chip board for the set and another set named Cheep Talk.  It is in the new Spring Summer Catalog and Idea Book.  You are going to love this catalog.  So many great stamps and accessories and I want it all. 

To make this box and cards set we used Chocolate Chip cardstock and the Good Morning Sunshine Designer Paper.  We used the chipboard birds, traced around them on the designer paper and glued the tracing to the chipboard. The cards are 5 1/2" square white cards with envelopes and we used the owl chipboard, the same designer paper package and the stamp set Good Friend.  We made a matchbox with Old Olive cardstock and Good Morning Sunshine DSP and put 10 small bookmarks inside stamped with our new stamp set.  Come by the stamp room for a look.  Have a beautiful day.

  Here we are at Leadership in Orlando.  From left to right is Martha, Melody, Michelle and Susan Elise.  We had a great time.  We made lots of cards and talked stamping the whole time we were there.  The convention center was across the street from our hotel (Rosen Plaza) and it was a nice walk to the meetings. I even think I trimmed down a little.  I will be showing you some of the things we made in another post.  Have a beautiful day.
