This is the cutest dress. I do not know who is the original designer, but I got it from Patrice. It is made with the Scallops #2 die for the Big Shot. Such a fancy card to send to a friend for a birthday, graduation or thinking of you. The belt buckle is Stampin' Up! Styled Silver Hodgepodge Hardware.
