Hello,

I guess I have been remiss in posting and now I am posting all the time.  I hope you like my cards and scrapbook pages.  This is a card I made for my recent stamp camp.  I used Pretty in Pink as my base card and layered on Tea Party Designer Paper.  Using the Big Shot, I cut the lattice in Certainly Celery.  I also used the butterflies embosslit and the Hi embosslit.  I layer them on the Barely Banana cardstock.  I hope you like it.  Come over and stamp with me.  Thanks for looking.  Martha

January Scrapbook Pages

Here are my scrapbook pages for our January Scrapbook Club.  I used Bordering Blue as my page and the accents colors are Kraft cardstock, white and Baroque Burgundy .  I would love for you to join my scrapbook club.  We meet in my Stamp Room on the 1st Thursday at 6:30 PM and the First Saturday at 10 AM.  Just email me that you would like to have the details required for joining the club.  I have card clubs also on the first Monday at 7 PM, the third Monday at 6:30 PM and the second Staurday at 10 AM.  I would love for you to join my clubs.

Here are a couple of cards using the technique I learned from Jan McClurg in her demonstration at the Phoenix Regional.  To make the eyelet lace, cut 2 strips 1" X 12" and punch one side of each strip with the eyelet border punch.  Run the strips through the crimper at least 4 times.  For the flower, I cut a 1 3/8" approx circle with the Big Shot using the sticky sheets by Stampin' Up!.  I started on the outer edge of the sticky strip and scrunched up the eyelet lace and glued it down until the entire circle was covered.  I punched a hole in the center with the paper piercing tool.  I added a corduroy button in the center.  The leaves were cut using the Build A Flower #2 Sizzlet for the Big Shot.  I folded the leaf in half and run it thru the crimper. 

I used the Embosslit Scalloped Heaart of Hearts for the heart card and placed sticky strip on the edge all the way around the heart.  The wheel is I (love) Love wheel in the Occasions Mini Catalog.  Don't you just love that catalog.  There are so many wonderful stamps and accessories in there.
