A Week of Stamping

Hi Everybody,

I have had a incredible week of stamping.  Jean and Tammy came from Richmond, VA and Liz came from Raleigh and we have stamped lots of projects for our stamp camps and clubs.  We made Christmas tags, cards, boxes with card sets, quilts with the Big Shot and a tote bag for Jean.   They went home this morning.  I am realy going to miss them.  I will post some cards soon.  Blessings and thanks for looking.  martha

Tammy's To Do List

I got so many wonderful ideas at Convention.  There are too many to show you.  Come over to my Stamp Room and take a look.  You can spend time dreaming of all the projects you want to make.  Bring your camera.

This is a to do list that Tammy made for me.  She is a dear, kind and wonderful friend.  She used Rose Red fro the base of the book then layered with  Pear Pizzazz and So Saffron cardstock,  The ribbon is our new 1/2" Poly-stitched ribbon in Pear Pizzazz and she added a Flower Designer brad. The words are stamped in Rose Red.  She used two word sets  All Holidays and  Word Play by Stampin' Up!.  These are two sets that a must have in your collection.  Inside is a book with pages to list all my "to do" items.  Sooo pretty.  Thanks for visiting my blog today.  Blessings, Martha

Darling Box

Here is a darling box I cased from Mary Brown on Stampin' Up!'s website.  Thank you Mary.  I look at her website often because she has bearutiful ideas.  One of my customers wants to make this box, so I made a sample for her.  I tweaked it a little.  It is the perfect size for some cookies or candy to take to a friend.  My friend wants to make it for her group at church.  They will love receiving this box full of goodies.

The fish are stamped  using the delighful Decorations stamp set and Regal Rose and Pear Pizzaz Classic ink  by Stampin' Up! and then punched out with the ornament punch.  I love our punches.  If they had 1000 punched in the Stampin' Up! catalog, I would buy them all. The box is cut using the Fancy Favor Box and Marina Mist textured cardstock.   I hope you will make this box and give it to a special person.  Blessings Martha

Tara's Convention Gift

Here is a card and a gift that I received at Convention from Tara.  She makes some beautiful projects.  Inside the gift ev=nvelope was a Starbucks card.  How great is that. She made the lovely rose with our cardstock.  She used lots of Stampin' Up!'s new pearls and ribbon.  Thanks Tara.  She also sprayed the card and gift card holder with the Smooch Spritz.  You probably cannot see it, but it is very shimmery.  I hope you enjoy making these items.  Blessings, Martha

Rag Tag Tote Bag

Yea.... I finally made the tote with the Big Shot Scallop Square die.  How do you like it?  I took it to Convention with me so I could carry all of my new treasures.  It worked well.  Everyone loved it.  Billi Parus helped me make it.  Now I will be teaching a class on how to make a smaller one (2 squares by 3 squares).  If you can make a smaller one, then you can definitely make a bigger one.  It just takes more fabric.  The inside is checkerboard -Vanilla and black alternating squares and it has 2 pockets.  I love this new tote.  I will be carrying it to Founder's Circle in September.    Come take my class .  Thanks for looking and have a blessed day.  Martha

Convention Make & Takes

Here are some of the make and takes we made at Convention.  Enjoy......

 Today, my sister and her daughter are here visiting.  We are going shopping.  This is just what I need to do after all my spending on the new products in the Stampin' Up! catalog & idea book.  Yikes..... I need to find some money somewhere.  Did you know for the month of August, you can hold a workshop with me and if the orders total $350, you can earn an additional $25 in free product.  Email me today to set your date for your party in August so you can have free product.

This is such a exciting month.  The new Holiday mini is out now for demonstrators and we can order as of yesterday.  You should see this mini.  It is the very BEST ever.  I want one or two of everything.  Attention Quilters!  There is fabric in the new mini.  Your are going to love it.  With the fabric, you will get some patterns of items to make.  I will be making some placemats and maybe I will make another quilt.  I have several quilts I made withthe Big Shot.  What should I do with them?  Soon I will have too many to keep on display.  Come over and see my quilts.  I have  quilt classes scheduled on my calendar.  Check it out on my website.
