New Clay Flowers

have a "Sneek Peek" for you today. On this card, I used one of the new In-Colors Crisp Canalope and some new designer paper.  Stampin' Up! has come out with some clay and molds to make flowers and buttons.  The clay is white and can be colored with our reinkers.  On this card, I used Daffodil Delight to color the clay.  It takes a few hours for the clay to set up and when dry feels soft.  At first I could not get the molds to release the clay, so I lightly sprayed the molds with PAM.  One spray and it lasted the rest of the day.  It's best if you use our Silicone sheet to flatten the back of the flower and to release the flower from the mold.  Am I making any sense?  It's hard to explain but easy to show you how to do it.

Here are my April Scrapbook pages.  I should have posted them earlier.  I love, love, love the beautiful Sunshine & Sprinkles designer paper that I used on these pages.  Some of my customers have bought 2 packs.  You know it has to be pretty if they bought two packs.  I used the Rain or Shine stamp set.   The colors used was Marina Mist, Daffodil Delight and Melon Mambo.  These are happy colors and look very much like Spring.  I hope you have enjoyed your visit.  Blessings to you....

Shaving Cream Technique class

Hi there,  Thanks for visiting my blog today.  Last night I held a Technique class.  Attendees learned the Shaving cream technique.    We used 3 colors inthe shaving foam and made some backgrounds and then made cards with the backgrounds.  The fish card I stamped directly onthe background.  The flower card I stamped with Versamark and embossed in Melon Mambo powder using the Secret Garden stamp set.  I cut the flowers out using the Secret Garden framelits.  I hope you like my cards and will come back to visit soon.  Have a happy day.

Regional Projects

I love these projects.  I don't even own the stamp set.  I know how to remedy that.... I will order it today.  The set is Clockworks  (127290W/127292C).  I guess I didn't notice this set until we used it at the regional.  I have complete instructions on how to make these projects.  If you order the clockworks set, I will send you the complete instructions.

Baltimore Regional with Stampin' Up!

I had a fabulous time at the Regional in Baltimore.  Got home late last night.  We made some darling projects and won lots of free product.  Here are some of my downline and friends at Regional.

Stamp Club Cards for April

Is this a darling card or what???? I love it.  I worked hard on this one.  It's very easy to make.  My base is Regal Rose layer Pink Pirouette embossed withthe Lacy Brocade embossing folder.  This is a perfect card to send to a friend for any occasion. The stamps are the new A Round Array and Friendly Phrases. A Round Array matches the new Scallop Circle 7/8".   I used Certainly Celery, Whisper White and silver Glimmer Paper for the flowers and leaces.   The designer paper is Twitterpated.  I used the Scallop Trim Border punch and the 2 new scallop circle punches.  I love, love, love this card.  Have a happy day and thanks for visiting my blog.  Place a order with me April 6 -8 and receive Free, yes I said free, shipping.

Another stamp club card for April

Doesn't this card make you want to do a happy dance on your birthday?  I love balloons even when they are buttons.  The base card is Tempting Turquoise. I used Whisper White cardstock and the designer paper is Polka Dot Parade and Everyday Enchantment (retired but on the clearance rack on my website).  The word set used is One in a Million (126380W/126382C).  This is a very happy and cute card for any age.  I hope you like it.  Thanks for visiting my blog today.  Blessings,Martha
