My Valentine swap for Leadership

I am going to Leadership in January and will be swapping with my SUDSOL group.  This is the card I will be swapping.  I used th new Llanguage of Love stamp set (133075W/133077C)  that is coming out January 3 in the new Occasions Mini catalog.  The cardstock is Baked Brown Sugar embossed in the Scalloped Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (132971  $7.95).  The colors I used are, Baked Brown Sugar, Strawberry Slush, Coastal Cabana, Pistachio Pudding and white.  We will have the new fringe ribbon scissors to make the fringed border.  The heart is stamped, punched with the heart punch and framed in the Strawberry Sluch ruffled ribbon.  I hope you love it.  Thanks so much for visiting my blog.  I hope you will stop by again for more cards that will be coming.  Blessings, Martha

December Scrapbook Pages

These scrapbook pages are beautiful.  The stamp set is Joyful Christmas (131802W/131805C) stamped on vellum with Gold Encore ink, then applying gold embossing powder and heat setting it.  Did you know you sould use pigment inks for embossing?  Gold and silver are pigment inks.  I sponged the vellum poinsettas in Real Red and Old Olive inks.  I cut them out and adhered them to my pages.  The Holy Family is from a retied set of stamps.  Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.  Thank you for visiting my site.  Martha

Merry Christmas Everyone

Merry Christmas..... Here are some pictures of my Boxes and Bags class.  This if our gift box stamped in Whisper White ink using Snow Day stamps.  I added a doily and layered a Real REd Polka Dot rosette.  The rosette was made with 2 strips 2' wide and scored/cut using the rosette die and the Big Shot.  I punched a scallop circle of Silver Glammer Paper, added a falg and a snowman cut with a 1 1/2" circle punch.  Enjoy!

This is a gift bag that Stampin' Up! retired.  I used the Season of style designer paper and put borders around it using the scallop border punch and Cherry Cobbler cardstock.  I used the Expressions thinlit "Merry"  and a flag with the word Christmas and adhered both to the DSP.  The tag was found on one of my boards.  I thought it was beautiful.  The first layer is Cherry Cobbler cut with the Label Collection Framelits.  Next layer is Whisper White stamped in Encore Silver using Festive Flurry stamps.  Next I cut out snowflakes with the Frstive Flurry framelits.  I hope you like this bag and will make it for Christmas.

This is a snowman box made with Cherry Cobbler cardstock (12 X 12") using the Fancy Favor die for the Big Shot. I used lots of punches for this project.  Add some candy and you have a darling gift.
