Girly Birthday card

I was in a girly mood when I made this card.  I used Pink Pirouette cardstock and designer paper.  The card is embossed with the Fancy Fan embossing folder.   I added a couple of tags to the 1/8" silver ribbon.  I used the Simple Stems stamp set and a happy birthday stamp.  I hope you like this card. Beverley's gift to me

Beverley and Joan came from Richmond to stamp with me all day.  I love it when they come.  They are a blessings in my life.  Beverley made me 2 gifts.  One is a jar of fabulous peanuts - they have all been eaten now.  They were fabulous.  She also made one of the Stampin' Up! boxes and filled it with my favorite Apricot tea.  She decorated it with a pretty bow made with the Bow maker for the Big Shot.  I love this box and die.  Thank Beverley for your kindness and thoughtfulness.  I now weight 5 more pounds because I ate the peanuts.  I did share a few with Joe.  Blessings, Martha

March Scrapbook Pages, a little late

I'm late in posting this.  So sorry.  It seems I dread working with computers.  I used the Sweet Sorbet designer paper for these pages.  The cardstock are the 2013-2015 in-color - Coastal Cabana, Crisp Cantaloupe, Summer Starfruit, Baked Brown Sugar and Pistachio Pudding.  I love these colors.  I hope you like my pages.  They are quick and easy to make.  Blessings, Martha

Oh Happy Day

 

This is my Happy Card.  The colors are so bright - my colors.  Beverley, Joan and Becky were here stamping and we wanted to use the paper piercing tool and the chevron punch.  The colors are on the inside of the card and when it closes, it looks like movement on the front.    My colors was Real Red, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie and Daffodil Delight.   I had a halo around part of the Happy Birthday stamp so I put lines and dots around it to hide my mistake.  Thanks for stopping by.  Martha
