Simply INKredible Stamping

I don't usually put hearts on my cards but I know I should.  This is a lovely card I made for my card club.  Here is what I used to make the card:

Stamps:  Always in My Heart

Floral Heart Dies

Seaside Spray card back is 5 1/2" X $ 1/4", 1/4 of a sheet was used to cut the heart.  The heart was embossed with the Dainty Diamonds Embossing Folder after the cutting.  Always emboss after cutting with the Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine.  If you emboss first your embossing will be smooshed (is that a word) during the cutting.

Whisper White is 11" X 4" scored at 5 1/2", a scrap for the clowers

Silver Foil scrap for the leaves.

Silver Embossing powder  with Versamark for the words.

So Refreshing card

My second swap card for Conventin in Houston.  The picture does not show up the Sweet Citrus Embossing Folder I used on the front background.  This is a lovely stamp set and coordinating embossing folder.   The stamp set and bundle are retiring May 1.

Stamps:  So Refreshing & Sweet Citrus

Cardstock:  Lemon Lolly: 7 ¾” X5 ½”, scored at 4 ¼”

 Basic White:  5 ¼” X 4” cut 2

Bright & Beautiful DSP :  1 ¼” X 5 ½” , 3 X 5” for tablecloth

Ink:  Lemon Lolly, Daffodil Delight, Parakeet Party, & Memento Black

Embossing Folder:  Sweet Citrus, So Refreshing Dies

Adhesive Backed Sequins Trio (161206), Tri-color twine

Directions:

Fold Lemon Lolly at score line.  Dry emboss with the Sweet Citrus EF on front only.

Stamp Lemonade pitcher and glasses in Memento ink on White cardstock.  Stamp lemonade in pitcher and glasses in Lemon Lolly.  Stamp some lemons in daffodil delight in pitcher.  Stamp 4 lemons and punch out using the ½” circle punch.

Stamp Sentiment and leaves on the 5 ½” side (bottom of card) of Basic White cardstock and adhere to the inside of the card.  Attach Bright & Beautiful strip to front of card.  Adhere table cloth with tombow glue.  Add dimensionals to back of pitcher, lemonade glasses and lemon slices.  Place on card per picture.  Tie a bow using the twine and adhere to pitcher handle with a glue dot.

Taco Fiesta fun fold card

I made this card for the SUDSOL fun fold swap at Convention in Houston.  I hope you like it.  

Cutting Directions:

BASE:

Parakeet Party: 4 ¼ X 11”, scored at 5 ½ , cut off 2 ¾” on one end for TOP

Zany Zoo Designer Paper: top 2 ¾’ X 4” (Polka Dots)

Zany Zoo Designer Paper inside 4 X 5 ¼”

TOP:

Parakeet Party:  2 ¾” X 4 ¼”, scrap for flag on front (2 ½” X  ¾”)

Basic White:  3’  X 4 1/8” (for stamping tacos, Burrito, hat and bowl)

Zany Zoo Designer Series Paper:  3” X 4” die cut bottom 4” piece with Zany Zoo scallop to 2 1/2”  X  4 1/2 ”

INSIDE CARD:

Parakeet Party: 3 ¼” X 10”, score at 5”, Basic White 3 1/8” X 4 7/8”, Cut 2 of these

OTHER:

Stamps:  Taco Fiesta

Ink Pads:  Lemon Lolly, Pecan Pie

Blends (Lt & Dk):  Parakeet Party, Old Olive, Daffodil Delight, Sweet Sorbet and Pecan Pie

Dies:  Zany Zoo

Adhesive Backed Glitter Sequins (162029)

Sponge, Blender Brushes

DIRECTIONS:

Fold both cards at the score line.  You will have an inside card and an outside card

Stamp all images on Basic White per above picture.  Color with Blends and blending brushes, sponge tacos and burrito lightly with Pecan pie then fussy cut images

Attach designer paper to inside card, front flap and front behind tacos.  Attach fussy cut items to card front and inside pieces.  Flag: stamp & cut scrap of Parakeet Party for front.

Attach the inside card to DSP on inside base

I glued all images with Tombow glue. Attach front layer to front card flap.   Center the  inside card to the designer paper under the front layer.

Adhere glitter sequins or any gem you have on hand.

 

By the Bay Suite

I love going to the beach.  The Outer Banks of North Carolina are close by to my cottage in Hertford, Nc.  We go there often.  I have made so many cards with the By the Bay Suite collection.  This on used the following:

Seadise Bay with Sequins

When I am at my cottage on the Albemarle Sound in North Carolina, and the sun is shining brightly, the water sparkles.  i love the water and all that comes with it. Here I made a card with the For Everything Fancy sequins to represent the water sparkling.  I hope you like it.

Decorative Borders Card

I love flowers.  I love to color flowers.  I wish I could shade my flowers like others do, but I'm pretty good with this card.  I used Around the Bend stamp set.  The "you are a blessing stamp is curver but I wanted it straight, so i put it on my clear block straight,  It's just a little bend. I colored the flowers using my ink pads and my water pen.   Here is what I used in this card:
