Simply INKredible Stamping

I don't usually put hearts on my cards but I know I should.  This is a lovely card I made for my card club.  Here is what I used to make the card:

Floral Heart Dies

Seaside Spray card back is 5 1/2" X $ 1/4", 1/4 of a sheet was used to cut the heart.  The heart was embossed with the Dainty Diamonds Embossing Folder after the cutting.  Always emboss after cutting with the Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine.  If you emboss first your embossing will be smooshed (is that a word) during the cutting.

Whisper White is 11" X 4" scored at 5 1/2", a scrap for the clowers

Silver Foil scrap for the leaves.

Silver Embossing powder  with Versamark for the words.

Flowering Fields Windmill Card

Have you ever seen so many stamps and accessories that are to die for in one catalog.  That's what we have in the new Spring Mini at Stampin' Up!  This week I have made several cards, this one using the Windmill Fields dies 157683.  My case card is Pale Papaya 155668.  Layering on top of Papaya is Evening Evergreen 155574.  The New Horizon DSP 157768 is so beautiful and can e used for any scene.  I can't stop using it.  I cut the windmill out using the Windmill Fields dies 157683 using Smoky Slate, Basic White and Basic Black.  The flowers are from Flowering Fields DSP 157670.  I cut 2" X 4" of the DSP, then fussy cut the top row of flowers.  I used the Happy & Heartfelt 158005 stamp set for the words cut out using the Stitched So Softly  dies.

Brilliant Wings

Here is a Easy card to make for any occasion.  I used Poppy Parade ink and cardstock and Mango Medley cardstock and ink.  I wet watercolor paper using the faucet.  i wanted it very wet.  I got my inks and tapped the color on to the wet watercolor paper and let it merge together.  Use vibrant ink as it will dry lighter.  I allowed drying time (or use the heat gun to dry faster).  On Basic White 5 X 3 3/4" I cut the Brilliant Butterflies out then placed it on the watercolor paper.  I added a sentiment and some Champagne Rhinestones.  glue the winged butterflies in the appropriate place using glue dots and bring the wings up for dimension.  I hope you will try this gorgeous card.  Thanks for stopping by.

Puffins are so cute

This is a new set in the new Stampin' Up! Catalog and Idea Book.  These little guys are so cute that they make your heart melt.  On this card I used the following

Debbie's Easter Card

My friend and team mate in Stampin Up! sent me an Easter card.  It is folded so that it fits in a regular envelope and then expands so it can sit on a table or by your computer for your enjoyment.  She used Pressed Petals Designer Series Paper (DSP) (149500) and Full of Happiness (151539) stamp set.  She used part of the pineapple die from In the Tropics dies (151495).  

The cardstock is 8 X 5 1/4  scored at 1 1/4, 2 1/2, 5 1/2 and 6 3/4".  The bottom bar is  1 3/4 X  5 1/2".  The egg half and the chick is fussy cut.  She used 4 pieces of Crumb Cake cardstock each cut 1 X 4" each and one cut 2 3/4 X 4 then layered the DSP cut to size 3/4 X 4" for sides (4) and one cut 2 5/8 X 3 3/4".  On the bar at the bottom she layered a Crumb Cake piece 1 1/2 X 5 1/4" and put it through the Big Shot using the Basket Weave embossing folder  (151797).  The tag is  5/8" X 4".  This is a fabulous card and I thank Debbie for sending it to me.

Sweet Celebration

Hello Everyone,  Thanks for visiting my blog today.  I received this card in the mail from my Upline, Sue Berreth. Thanks Sue.  It was such a cute and easy card that I decided to use it for my clubs this month.  The stamp set is Sweetest Thing and I used the coordinationg Framelits and How sweet It is DSP.  The DSP pages can be cut out with the framelits.  How easy is that?  You do not have to color, just have some dimensionals close by to adhere to your card.  This set and DSP is also great for your scrapbook pages.    I hope you enjoyed visiting my site.  Have a blessed day.

Tea Together

I just love teapots.  I love coloring too.  I am so happy Stampin' Up! decided to do another teapot.  The stamp set is Tea Together(148779) and the framelits are Tea Time (SAB 149697).  The framelits are free with a $100 order during Sale-a-bration (SAB)  I colored the teapot with Coastal Cabana (147097) and the Aqua Painter (103954).  The flowers are colored with Grapefruit Grove (147142) ink.  The lace is some retired borders from years past.  I hope you like my teapot card and you will place an order with me.  Let me know what you think.
