Simply INKredible Stamping

I don't usually put hearts on my cards but I know I should.  This is a lovely card I made for my card club.  Here is what I used to make the card:

Stamps:  Always in My Heart

Floral Heart Dies

Seaside Spray card back is 5 1/2" X $ 1/4", 1/4 of a sheet was used to cut the heart.  The heart was embossed with the Dainty Diamonds Embossing Folder after the cutting.  Always emboss after cutting with the Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine.  If you emboss first your embossing will be smooshed (is that a word) during the cutting.

Whisper White is 11" X 4" scored at 5 1/2", a scrap for the clowers

Silver Foil scrap for the leaves.

Silver Embossing powder  with Versamark for the words.

Country Floral Valentine Stamp Camp

Country Bouquet

This card is made with the Country Bouquet stamp set (160377) and the Country Bouquet Punch (160382).  I used Real Red Ink and Memento Black.  The cardstock is Balmy Blue, Petal Pink, Mint Macaron and Basic White. The DSP is Country Floral Lane (160375), and the embellishments are Fine Sparkle adhesive backed gems (159967) and the front is embossed with the Meadow Moments embossing folder (retired).  One of the stamps in the set  says "I love that we are friends".  That is such a nice stamp to put either inside or outside your card and send it to your friend.  It's very uplifting to receive a card like that from a friend.  I hope you will try it and make your friends happy.  

Sweet Conversation Stamps

Here is a valentine for your best friend.  I used Sweet Talk DSP 157616 and Blushing Bride cardstock.  I cut a piece of Gorgeous Grape and layered Basic White cut with the second largest Stitched So Sweetly dies 151690.  I stamped the Basic White piece with Oceanfront Stamps 157862 in Pool Party.  I made two darling envelopes using Sweet Heart Dies 157623 and the Sale-a-bration DSP Simply Marbleous.  I stamped the heart from the sweet Conversations stamp set 157618 in Pool Party and then stamped the outline in Real Red.  The words are stamped in Blushing Bride.   You can get this entire suite (157629) for just $86.25.  The suite contains the stamps, dies and DSP used in this card and you get the Gingham embossing folder, sweet little boxes, iridescent Rhinestone basic jewels and Real Red Faux linen ribbon.  WOW what a deal.  You will love sending cards to friends and family.  Fill the Sweet Little Boxes (157628) with candy and give as a gift.  The elderly are shut-in and they would love to receive a valentine from you.  

Always meets Fine Art Floral

I am so in love with the Fine Art Floral suite in the Jan-June Stampin' Up! Mini Catalog  on pages 32 -34.  Everything about this set is drop dead gorgeous. The Golden Garden Designer Specialty paper over lays on one piece of the Fine Art Floral designer paper.  I have done that on this card to give it some gold.  My card details follow:

Stamps:  Peaceful Moments stamped in Flirty Flamingo on Whisper White and punched with the Timeless Label Punch

Poppy Parade cardstock is 11” X 4 ¼” scored at 5 ½”

The Designer paper and the overlay is 5 ¼” X 4” and adhered to the card. 

Always Dies were used in Flirty Flamingo on Whisper White.

I wrapped Gold twine around the card and tied in a bow.  I love this card and I hope you do also.

Lovely Day Card

For today's card, I used a beautiful set and fabulous designer paper from the Occasions catalog.  It could be a Valentine card or a special day card.   The stamp set is Forever Lovely.  I used Lovely Lipstick as the card base 8 1/2 X 4 1/4", Whisper White 3 X 4 for the framelit cut and a scrap for the oval sentiment. The Designer paper is All My Love on page 5 of the Occasions Catalog cut to 2 1/2 X 4".   The ribbon is Powder Pink ruffled 4 1/2".  Pearls were added to each end of the ribbon I attached the ribbon with Tear & Tape.The ink is Lovely Lipstick.  I hope you love my card today.  This card will be in my class on January 22 in my stamp studio. Pizza Box Gift holder for Christmas

While the girls were here stamping, we made one of the most darling boxes for a Christmas gift.   I used the Pizza box (144645 8 boxes for $6) from the Holiday Mini Catalog (page 44). I am so excited about this box because it is just the right size for a gift card, expensive jewelry (My dream), cookies, candy or any small gift.  It is very sturdy and wax lined for cookies.  YEA!!  I love cookies.  I used the Year Of Cheer (144640 $13) designer series paper with gold and silver foil for the snowflakes on the top of the box.  The snowflakes were cut out using the Seasonal Layers Thinlits (143751 $33.)  It's very elegant.  You could also use the Quilted Christmas set on page 5 of the Holiday Mini and be sure to use the Stitched Felt Embellishments.  You will be the talk of the town when you give a gift in one of these boxes.  You can use it for spooky gifts for Halloween too.   Don't forget to put cookies in the box...Thanks you so much for visiting my blog today. 

February Scrapbook Pages

I used lots of glimmer paper on these pages. Don't forget to pull the backing off the glimmer paper before cutting with your Thinlits.   Since this is Valentine pages, I used the heart punches that I had on hand, mostly retired.  The larger hearts were from Sunshine Wishes thinlits.  The colors are Blushing Bride, Wisteria Wonder and Falling In Love Designer Series Paper.  The new doilies are fabulous.  I hope you love my pages.  Thanks for stopping by. 

Simple Valentine card

I have been iced in for the last couple of days.  My kids both lost power at their homes but I was very lucky and my power stayed on.  Thank you Lord.

Here is a simple valentine cards I made for my class.  I used Crumb Cake card stock as the card and stamped Flowering Flourishes in Crumb Cake ink.  Two hearts are punched from the new Love Blossoms designer stack (item 140548).  You will not believe how beautiful all the papers are in this stack.  They are not just for valentines.  They can be used anytime.  All the prints are small so it works well with everything.  The ribbon on the card is Early Espresso seam binding.  I stamped the middle heart in Real Red ink and cut out with the Hearts framelits.  I thought the card needed some glitz so I cut 2 hearts out of the silver glimmer paper.  I also used a doily cut in half.  Have a beautiful day.

Roses, Roses and more Roses

This card is made with the beautiful Rose Wonder stamp set and the Rose Garden Thinlits dies.  I cut the rose out and then added Blushing Bride card stock and Pear Pizzazz cardstock behind the cut image.  It turned out nice.   The stamps and thinlits can be purchased in a bundle for $49.25.  The stamp set has so many nice salutations for any occasion.  It is a great set.  They are on pages 18-19 of the Occasions Mini Catalog.  You can see this catalog on my website at http://stamp4marths.stampinup.net.  Blessings,
